What you bring
* You have several years of experience in occupational benefits. A federal diploma in social insurance or occupational benefits would be an asset.
* You are familiar with the market and products of the second pillar.
* You are proficient in Italian and French; knowledge of German would be an asset.
* You have strong writing skills.
* You are a communicative, autonomous, proactive, flexible, and client-oriented personality.
* Your analytical skills allow you to quickly find relevant solutions for clients, and you enjoy collaborating within a team.

What salary awaits you (gross, based on 100 per cent working time)
With our salary ranges, we rely on fair play, equity, and transparency: in this position, you can expect a salary of 80,900 francs to 100,000 francs per year. If you progress to a senior role, your salary will range between 93,700 francs and 117,000 francs per year.
