We are looking for a Nurse (F/M) at 100% to strengthen our service from the start of the determined mission lasting 3 to 6 months. WE OFFER Continuous working hours of 8 to 12 hours, without night shifts (only on-call). 5 weeks of annual vacation, 6 weeks from the age of 50. The capacity to analyze feedback and a good priority management skill, with a multidisciplinary team spirit and a sense of teamwork. OBJECTIVES Identify the needs and resources of the resident. Participate in various development projects for the service. Develop care objectives with the resident and their relatives, taking into account a therapeutic project. Decide on care actions with the resident, their relatives, and the interdisciplinary team based on the care objectives.
