Those in deal integration and valuation realisation at PwC will focus on assisting clients in successfully integrating acquisitions and maximising the value of their investments. You will be responsible for conducting valuations, financial analysis, and developing strategies for post-merger integration.
Your tasks
1. You will be part of the Deals Strategy & Operations team (Value Creation Services), focusing on identifying, planning and realizing value from Deals, Turnarounds and Performance Improvement Programmes
2. You will assist and lead consulting projects in a timely manner for key industry players and build and sustain trusted internal and external relationships.
3. You will bring the experience and deliver high-impact operational and financial improvements
4. You will support our fast-growing deals practice, uniquely positioned as a leader in Switzerland, offering a full range of M&A consulting services, from strategy to execution, giving you a wide range of project opportunities

Your profile
6. You have a performance improvement background and a track record in operations and finance
7. You have a minimum of 4 years relevant work experience, preferably having worked primarily on deal and/or consulting-related assignments at a top-tier consulting firm or a Big4
8. For industry hires, you have taken on internal business improvement projects and delivered significant financial results, comfortable at writing professional reports, conducting complex data analytics, managing people and making impactful presentations to senior executives
9. You have experience in 1 or more of the following sectors: Lifesciences, Consumer & Retail, Industrial Products, and Services
10. You have advanced skills in 4 or more of the following topics: Delivering Large Cost Reduction Programmes, Identifying and delivering Deal Synergies, Working Capital Management, Financial Performance & Analytics, Supply Chain and Manufacturing Management
11. You have strong analytical skills and you are fluent in English, German and any other languages are a plus.
