Our global mobility program provides opportunities to work internationally. /p h3Your role /h3pWe are strengthening our team with a bCommunity Associate (M/W) /b. /p h3Your tasks /h3ul liFront Desk Customer Management: Greeting customers and guests in our Business Center /li liProactive customer retention, satisfaction, and resulting success within our business center /li liAdministrative and operational support for our customers with their requests /li liGeneral reception activities, such as processing incoming and outgoing mail, supervising the switchboard, and procuring office materials /li liOrganization and coordination of events and community activities /li liCenter Management: Quality management and compliance with Regus standards /li liCoordinate daily cleaning performance and required center maintenance activities /li liDaily routines for opening and closing the business center /li liSet up of our office and conference rooms /li /ul h3Your profile /h3ul liHigh self-motivation and performance orientation; flexible and independent work style /li liDiplomatic, tactful, and calm when dealing with customer problems and escalations /li liOpen to challenges and changes (can-do mentality) /li liVery good knowledge of German/French and English, both written and spoken /li liSuccessfully completed vocational training; beginners welcome /li liPreference to work for and with people /li liA well-groomed external appearance is expected /li liStrong communication skills and service-oriented approach /li liProficient in MS Office 365 /li /ul pOpportunities for advancement at Regus: we challenge and promote our talents and offer a wide range of training programs.
