Aufgaben der Stelle
We are currently mandated by one of my clients to recruit their RFP Coordinator for a 12-month contract. You contribute decisively to prepare high-quality tender responses and questionnaires for institutional clients.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare and coordinate responses to institutional tenders and due diligence questionnaires, ensuring clarity, quality, and compliance.
- Manage and optimise consultant databases to enhance visibility and coverage of investment strategies.
- Maintain and standardise due diligence materials for flagship funds.
- Coordinate inputs from multiple internal stakeholders (Investments, Compliance, Risk, Operations) to deliver complete and timely proposals.
- Oversee day-to-day activities and ensure effective organisation of internal documentation and processes.
- Quickly build knowledge of investment strategies and internal workflows to contribute effectively from the outset.
Profile :
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a strong advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to consistently deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
