Your Role & Responsibility
* Analyse and concretize the project idea.
* Create the project management plan.
* Ensure that the project management plan is valid and up to date.
* Establish project-related quality assurance and implement quality assurance measures.
* Ensure good information flow.
* Formulate assignments to project team members to produce each deliverable, monitor and, if necessary, initiate corrective measures.
* Monitor and control deadlines and milestones.
* Identification of success factors and assessment of the project/subproject in terms of feasibility ,profitability and risks.
* Organization, coordination, moderation and management of project team meetings.
* Reporting to the client and to the project committee.
