Perfume Quality Trainee (6 months)
March/April 2025
To support our quality control processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, you will work under the supervision of the Quality Control Manager. In this role, you will have the opportunity to actively participate in various quality assurance activities, including packaging approval, range management, and documentation handling.
Accountabilities
As part of this internship, you take on diverse and formative missions within our Quality team. You participate in the quality approval of packaging by conducting tests on various components, validating new protocols, and comparing them to existing standards, while consolidating reports by franchise for their integration into the PLM system.
You also contribute to the management of Range Boards by maintaining and updating existing materials, managing inventories, and ensuring compliance with 5S standards in the quality laboratory. Additionally, you propose and implement new Range Boards based on needs.
On the documentation management side, you oversee and update documents in the PLM system, harmonize the layout and status of various forms, effectively communicate approved procedures, and create or update materials such as internal approval test results, test reports, finished product control checklists for order preparation, first production sample checklists, and templates for managing internal non-conformities.
Profile
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Quality Assurance, Continuous Improvement, or a related field, you are looking for an enriching internship experience in a dynamic environment. Previous exposure to quality control procedures or laboratory practices is a plus.
Detail-oriented and highly organized, you possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive, results-driven mindset focused on continuous improvement. You are able to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent communication and active listening skills. Your ability to manage multiple tasks with precision while maintaining high-quality standards is one of your key strengths.
Committed and adaptable, you thrive in fast-paced settings and are able to meet objectives while managing pressure effectively. You have strong proficiency in both written and spoken English, and familiarity with PLM systems would be an additional advantage.
