Job Description
* Manage the complete employee lifecycle for a large headquarters population
* Lead recruitment and personnel sourcing in close collaboration with operational managers
* Analyze staffing needs, select candidates, negotiate compensation, and prepare employment contracts
* Act as a coach and consultant to managers on leadership, team development, and people decisions
* Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and managers within the assigned population
* Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
* Organize and oversee annual performance evaluation and talent management processes, including follow-up actions
* Advise managers and employees on employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and change initiatives
* Handle disciplinary measures, warnings, and contract terminations in compliance with applicable regulations
* Maintain and update job descriptions and organizational charts
* Participate in HR projects and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes
* Support internal HR-related communication initiatives
* Assist managers in sensitive discussions, conflict resolution, and performance management by defining action plans, drafting reports, and ensuring follow-up
* Proactively contribute ideas related to employer branding, employee retention, team building, and HR process optimization
The Successful Applicant
* Commercial or business-oriented educational background, ideally with a degree in economics
* Mandatory further education or certification in Human Resources
* Several years of experience in a similar HR Business Partner or generalist role
* Experience working in complex, fast-paced, and multicultural environments
* Solid knowledge of HR processes and employment practices
* Strong organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills
* Ability to work autonomously while partnering closely with senior management and HR leadership
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities
* High level of flexibility and adaptability in a changing environment
* Comfortable interacting with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
* Fluency in multiple languages, including English, French and German, is required
