Operational Buyer - Procurement Specialist
You will be responsible for operative procurement of components, consumables, assemblies, and services on time, on cost, and on quality. This includes negotiating partner and supplier contracts (framework contracts, MOQ, EOQ) for international production and coordinating material supply between suppliers and contract manufacturers.
The ideal candidate has a technical or commercial apprenticeship with further education in purchasing and 4+ years of experience in international operational procurement, preferably for complex electro-mechanical products. You should have proven technical knowledge of electronics, mechatronic systems, and production processes, as well as good user knowledge in ERP systems and solid IT user skills.
Your Responsibilities
* Procure components, consumables, assemblies, and services on time, on cost, and on quality
* Negotiate partner and supplier contracts for international production
* Cordinate material supply between suppliers and contract manufacturers
* Maintain supplier relationships and manage supplier performance
* Support effective material planning to prevent out-of-stock situations at optimized inventory cost
* Support global market research to find new suppliers
* Support spare parts planning to increase spare parts availability
Your Profile
* Technical or commercial apprenticeship with further education in purchasing
* 4+ years of experience in international operational procurement, preferably for complex electro-mechanical products
* Proven technical knowledge of electronics, mechatronic systems, and production processes
* Good user knowledge in ERP systems and solid IT user skills
