Tasks
Security Lead (50%)
* Lead and manage the Security Team (approx. 6 people) together with the technical lead
* Oversee team organisation and shift planning
* Act as a key contact for complex incident response cases
* Support pre‑sales activities and participate in sales processes
* Further develop Security Operations Center (SOC) services in collaboration with the technical lead and security engineers
* Define and drive the strategic development of security services together with the CTO and technical lead
* Contribute operationally within the Security Operations Team
Technical Project Lead (Private Cloud) (50%)
* Take responsibility for technical operations and projects for an assigned portfolio of private cloud customers
* Maintain and further develop customer environments within IaaS and PaaS
* Advise customers on IT matters and projects (IT lifecycle management)
* Work conceptually with responsibility for project success and budget adherence
Skills
* Proven leadership experience
* Technical background and professional experience in IT security
* Strong technical expertise in PaaS (Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud Native) and IaaS (Windows Server, Linux Server)
* Motivation for continuous personal and professional development
* High level of self‑organisation
* Strong interpersonal and empathetic skills, with a respectful approach to colleagues and customers
* Excellent German and good English skills; French is an advantage
* A recent criminal record extract is required for this role
