This is you
* Completed vocational training in service, ideally some experience in 5‑star hospitality.
* A strong sense of quality, passion for hospitality, and an eye for detail – and the ability to connect with people.
* Resilient, independent, and team‑oriented with a hands‑on mindset.
* Composed and professional – even when the pressure’s on.
* Languages: Italian plus English or German.
* Willingness to work weekends and holidays – always with a smile, for the people who make it all happen.
