Medical Assistant with Federal Diploma Our values : Human relations, respect and diversity To complete our care team composed of 2 nurses, 5 medical assistants, 1 radiology technician and 1 laboratory technician, we are recruiting a qualified medical assistant with a Federal Diploma in Medical Assistance ( not a nurse nor ASSC diploma holder ). As a medical assistant within our structure, you will have the opportunity to: Play a central role in welcoming and coordinating care, ensuring a quality experience at every stage. Work closely with doctors and specialists in a centre equipped with a fully equipped technical platform. Your duties as a medical assistant : Reception and coordination of the patient pathway: Ensure quality physical and telephone reception alongside reception staff, manage medical schedules and coordinate examinations. Rigorous administrative management: Ensure the creation and monitoring of electronic records, handle medical correspondence (patients, insurance, partners) and actively participate in billing for care services. Clinical and technical support: Assist doctors during technical procedures (surgery, infiltrations, care) and perform delegated examinations (ECG, samples, radiology, etc.) according to prescriptions. Independently perform radiological images according to current protocols. Extended radiology practice rights are welcome. Logistics and hygiene: Ensure the maintenance of an exemplary clinical environment (disinfection protocols, cleaning) and manage stock and orders of medical supplies. Your profile : Training and experience: Federal Diploma of Medical Assistant (CFC) or equivalent recognised qualification in Switzerland. Confirmed experience of at least 2 years in a similar structure. Training in extended conventional radiology (RCE) desired. Technical and clinical skills: Mastery of hygiene, disinfection and sterilisation protocols. Ability to assist medical staff during technical procedures (care, minor surgery, sampling) and to perform prescribed examinations (ECG, radiology, etc.). Good administrative knowledge. Personal qualities: Strong organisational skills, rigour and precision. Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure quality reception. Ability to manage emergency situations and stress calmly and efficiently. Linguistic skills: Perfect command of French (spoken and written). Knowledge of several languages is an asset.
