The Role
We are hiring for a HR Administrator to join our HQ in Ermenswil, Switzerland. In this role you will oversee all personnel administration for the site alongside working with the HR Business Partner to handle employee enquiries, projects and recruitment.
Role Responsibilities
* Management of personnel administration for Ermenswil site, including entries, departures, changes, correspondence, certificate, notices, etc.
* Creating contracts, certificates, agreements with state-of-the-art document creation tools.
* Close cooperation with the HR Business Partner in handling employee inquires and processes
* Active participation in recruitment including sourcing and 1st stage interviews.
* Conducting HR relevant training
* Participation in HR and digitalization project support for commercial apprentices
Person Specification
* Masters/Bachelors/Certificate in Human Resources
* Demonstrable experience in HR Administration
* Competent with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Fluent German & English
* Previous experience with WORKDAY, PeopleDoc & Swiss+, very beneficial
