What You Can Expect
To achieve total budgeted sales and individual product targets for the assigned territory and to represent the company professionally. To adhere to company policies at all times, attain regional sales targets, and grow profitability by following pricing policies.
How You'll Create Impact
Sell the company's range of RECON & TDS products, focusing on GOLD accounts, as directed by management strategies.
Develop close relationships with orthopedic surgeons and stakeholders; follow up on big PLATINUM accounts.
Provide or facilitate training in the use of Zimmer Biomet products.
Follow up on leads and visits promptly, as directed by the Regional Sales Manager.
Adhere to divisional sales strategies under management guidance.
Acquire necessary knowledge of Zimmer Biomet and competitors' products.
Participate in sales meetings, exhibitions, staff training, etc., as required.
Keep SF.com updated for accounts and adhere to PRAM guidelines.
Report monthly to the Regional Sales Manager on performance and activities.
Maintain hospital SF.com info and provide forecasts and market research as needed.
Allocate expenses and resources to cover orthopedic hospitals regularly.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Team spirit and willingness to learn
Fluent German and communicative English
Travel Expectations
Regular travel within the territory by car
Overnight stays for country travel
