6. Project & change experience: experience contributing to HR IT, transformation and change management projects.
7. Stakeholder & vendor management: excellent communication skills and ability to manage internal and external partners.
8. International & complex environments: proven experience working in cross-functional, multinational contexts.
9. Delivery-oriented team player: resilient, motivated by challenges, and passionate about building robust HCM systems.
10. Education & experience: bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 5+ years of experience in HR IT, HR systems, or SAP HR consulting.
