Head of Digital Products
We are seeking an innovative and strategic leader to head our digital products team.
About the Role
* This role is responsible for leading the development and operations of external customer-facing applications and digital services.
* You will lead the design and development of innovative digital products aligned with business needs, supporting technology transformation and innovation goals.
Main Responsibilities
* Platform Operations & Service Excellence: Coordinate the seamless operation of platforms, ensuring system reliability, service delivery excellence, and compliance with standard processes.
* Digital Product Development: Lead cross-functional projects spanning multiple technology teams and business areas, using user-centric design methodologies and emerging technologies.
* Governance & Security: Collaborate with IT governance and information security teams to ensure systems are secure by design and adhere to policies and standards.
* Team Leadership & Development: Inspire a high-performing team through performance reviews, training, and development planning.
* Supplier & Stakeholder Management: Manage external service providers, negotiating contracts and monitoring performance, building strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
* Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for your area in alignment with objectives, ensuring effective communication with the team.
Key Requirements
* Strong expertise in digital product management and development, with the ability to deliver innovative solutions and formulate technical strategies that align with business goals.
* Broad and up-to-date knowledge of enterprise IT vendor landscapes and emerging technologies.
* Demonstrable ability to understand and interpret customer priorities and demand, translating them into actionable strategies.
* Hands-on experience in user-centric design methodologies (e.g., UX, product management, design thinking).
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with experience presenting to senior executive audiences on customer experience and technology topics.
* In-depth knowledge of complex enterprise architectures, particularly with cloud technologies.
* Proven ability to collaborate effectively, fostering strong relationships across technical teams and business collaborators.
* Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
