ANAVIA specializes in the design, development & manufacturing of vertical take-off & landing (VTOL) systems of up to 500 kilograms. The company offers industry leading unmanned helicopter systems for various mission profiles, such as Surveillance & Reconnaissance, Inspection or Mapping & Cargo.
As a Strategic Project Manager, you will enable cross-functional projects by providing professional PMO expertise, stabilizing critical initiatives, and driving consistent project management standards.
Your Goals
Ensure effective project structures, governance, and timelines.
Support project leads in managing complex cross-functional projects.
Provide professional PMO tools, methods, and best practices.
Act as an enabling resource in critical projects.
Key Responsibilities
Support project leads and executive stakeholders in structuring, launching, and executing strategic initiatives.
Review and challenge project charters, project plans, and risk profiles to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Monitor progress across initiatives and ensure cross-functional and stakeholder alignment.
Step in as a stabilizing force to steer or realign critical or high-visibility projects when required.
Facilitate risk management, escalation, and decision-making processes at management level.
Ensure compliance with company standards, governance frameworks, and quality requirements.
Coach and train colleagues in structured project management and execution excellence.
Support the consistent use of PM tools and standards (e.g., MS Project, PMI methodologies).
Contribute to building a professional, execution-focused project management culture.

Qualifications
Degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline.
3+ years experience in project/program management in an industrial, technology or operational environment.
Strong knowledge of project management methods, tools and MS Office Suite.
Hands‑on mindset with willingness to actively contribute beyond coordination and steering.
Fluent in English, German is a plus.
Location: On‑site in Näfels | Bilten, Switzerland.
