YOUR MISSION:
The ICS Analyst is responsible for gathering information, analyzing operational risk performance, identifying potential risks, and making recommendations for operational improvements
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
- Gather information, analyze operational risk performance, identify possible risks, and make recommendations for operational improvements
- Support the analysis and assessment of risks to determine alignment with the agreed risk appetite
- Advise on the design of new processes and systems that meet professional standards
- Collate and analyze data using preset tools, methods, and formats
- Work independently to organize and prepare complex documents using various applications for technology devices, such as standard office software
- Gather and summarize data for special reports
- Identify instances of noncompliance with organizational policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory codes within the team, reporting and escalating issues as appropriate
- Contribute to the preparation of various data and analytics reports
- Resolve queries from internal or external customers or suppliers by providing information on complex processes and related policies, and refer issues to others for policy interpretation when necessary
- Develop capabilities through participation in assessment and development planning activities, formal and informal training, and coaching
- Aim to gain or maintain external professional accreditation, where relevant, to enhance performance and fulfill personal potential
- Maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulations, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level required
- Experienced practitioner able to work unsupervised
- Experience in general supervision of more junior colleagues
