The team has three locations. Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg, Germany, is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe.
The Formula 1 Factory of Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing.
The Audi Motorsport Technology Centre, UK, is in its launch phase and growing continuously. Our power unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for chassis development and race operations.

This position for the Audi Revolut F1® Team is based at Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil (Switzerland).
Your mission Independent execution of project procurement as well as the development of procurement and sourcing strategies.
Systematic negotiation of purchasing scopes, taking costs, deadlines, and quality into account.
Active supplier management and continuous development of the existing network
Operational processing, from requests for quotations and ordering to deadline monitoring.
Interface coordination between suppliers, engineering, project management, and production.
Support in supplier selection through potential analyses and audits.
Coordination of quality assurance agreements as well as communication of specifications and performance descriptions.
Execution of inspections and process audits directly at the suppliers' sites.
Processing of non-conformance reports and support with complex component issues.
Establishment and execution of supplier evaluations using KPI reporting and benchmarking.
Your profile At least 3 years of experience in technical procurement.
A completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or comparable fields of study.
Good technical understanding and sound analytical skills.
Strong problem-solving skills.
High level of assertiveness and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication skills for internal and external collaboration.
Experience in coordination between quality, design, and production.
Structured and goal-oriented way of working in a project environment.
Competence in supplier development and quality assessment.
Business fluent German and English skills.
