Are you an experienced investment product marketing manager looking to bring your expertise to a leading Swiss bank? This Geneva-based opportunity is open to candidates already based in Switzerland as well as those currently working in other major financial centres who are keen to relocate. Perhaps you are working in the UK or other major city in Europe and open to moving to this delightful part of the world?
Key Responsibilities
* Driving product growth strategies from launch to acceleration, with a focus on flagship investment solutions
* Refining product value propositions, target audiences, and market positioning
* Developing compelling product narratives and marketing storylines aligned with investment views
* Coordinating cross-functional marketing and communication initiatives across internal and external channels
* Supporting sales teams and advisors through high-quality collateral, tools, and training
* Conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy and priorities
* Tracking marketing effectiveness and providing actionable insights to optimise performance
* Ensuring alignment with the Group Investment Committee and broader investment strategy
Profile
* You will have around 6-12 years of experience in investment-related product marketing/investment marketing roles
* Your marketing experience comes from wealth or asset management and should span product strategy, investment product cross-assets, sales enablement, competitive analysis - with a strong track record translating investment strategies and product features into compelling narratives, materials and tools
* Bachelors/Masters degree in Finance, Economics, Business or equivalent); a professional qualification (e.g. CFA) is an advantage
* Demonstrated ability to define and articulate differentiated investment value propositions and marketing campaigns across asset classes
* Proven ability to work closely with investment teams, product strategists, and client-facing sales or advisory teams
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to internal stakeholders and client-facing teams
* Strong organisational and project management skills in a complex, fast-paced environment
* Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce to extract and leverage commercial insights
* Fluency in English required; French is a strong advantage
* Valid Swiss work permit or eligible (EU/EFTA nationals or equivalent)
