Responsibilities
1. Manage incoming orders in the assigned sales regions (USA, Brazil).
2. Support customer acquisition and provide support in the area of Life Cycle Support.
3. Prepare and calculate offers related to the SKAN-LCS portfolio (After Sales). More info
4. Review contracts and coordinate handovers to the relevant departments.
5. Follow up on LCS customer projects and maintain related data.
6. Collaborate with agents.
7. Participate in trade fairs and exhibitions.
8. Travel regularly to visit customers.
9. Possess solid technical expertise.
10. Have sales experience in plant engineering for the pharmaceutical industry (GMP) – an advantage.
11. Be business fluent in English.
12. Have sound knowledge of SAP and MS Office; experience with CRM systems like C4C is advantageous.
