Description: Respond to and handle tenants' technical requests and provide ongoing support to a technical manager for managing a portfolio of buildings.
Your challenges
- Answer telephone calls
- Analyse the tenant's request and identify actions to be taken: immediate handling of simple requests, involving the technical manager or even the property manager for complex cases
- Issue work orders
- Follow up on claims (complex cases in collaboration with the technical manager)
- Manage and code invoices
- Participate in annual accounting closures
- Enter and format technical correspondence
Your profile
- Proven experience in a similar position within a property management company
- Genuine interest in technical management
- Comfortable with IT tools; knowledge of Quorum software and Tayo is an advantage
- Excellent level of spoken and written French, English is an asset
