Overview
For a globally leading biotech company we are currently looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead and coordinate technical projects within a GMP-regulated environment (pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences).
Responsibilities
* Plan, coordinate, and oversee all activities related to technical and CAPEX projects.
* Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to align project objectives and deliverables.
* Ensure compliance with cGMP standards, EU Annex 1 requirements, and engineering documentation practices.
* Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners involved in the project.
* Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks through tools such as FMEA.
* Provide technical troubleshooting and support when necessary.
* Drive proactive communication and coordination between departments.
Qualifications & Professional Experience
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Process, Chemical, or equivalent).
* Minimum 5 years of experience in technical project execution within GMP-regulated environments.
* Strong knowledge of cGMP, EU Annex 1, and engineering documentation.
* Proven experience with FMEA, technical troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration.
* Fluent in English and German (reading, writing, and speaking).
* Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
