Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a ww Key Account Manager, preferably based in Lausanne with opportunities to work remotely part of the time. The Key Account Manager will focus on managing and developing relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities to drive business growth. Regular tasks include business planning, providing excellent customer service, and implementing strategies to strengthen client partnerships. The role also involves analyzing market trends to create tailored solutions that align with customer needs.

Qualifications

* Creative, but realistic to join a focused worldwide team to create business and increase network
* Proven experience in Account Management and managing Key Accounts
* Strong Business Planning and Analytical Skills to develop and execute effective strategies
* Exceptional Customer Service skills, focused on delivering client satisfaction
* Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
* Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
* Educational background in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
* Previous experience in the technology or IoT sector is an advantage
