Your Tasks
1. Taking a lead role in representing Pilatus and liaising with our trainer fleet customers
2. Management of in-service issues and our support contract obligations
3. Ensuring that a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained
4. Identification of after-sales business opportunities and contract negotiation
5. Development of long-term customer support strategies
With this you convince us
6. A minimum of 4 -6 years relevant experience in the aerospace industry
7. Further education or professional qualifications are an advantage
8. Fluent English and German language skills are required
9. A positive and flexible attitude and self-motivated with good interpersonal skills
