Ph3Job Summary /h3 pSenior Manager, IMSC Information Architecture, located in Titusville, NJ; Raritan, NJ; Zug, CH; Schaffhausen, CH; Leiden, NL; Cork, IE; Latina, IT; or Beerse, BE. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign and implement end‑to‑end FAIR data products for 1–2 domains across master and transactional data to generate data products for analytics. /li liCreate, adopt, and evolve IMSC conceptual and logical business information policies to guide data product design and modelling. /li liCollaborate with domain data owners to shape the data domain roadmap and ensure budget and resources are allocated. /li liDefine metadata and data quality frameworks with data owners to ensure high FAIRness throughout the data product lifecycle. /li liSupport IMSC data governance to implement governance capabilities across data domains. /li liContinuously implement automation and simplification through advanced capabilities (e.g., AI‑agents) into data design, asset build, and quality controls. /li liSupport the evolution of a end‑to‑end data stack to support future AI applications in the domains. /li /ul h3Qualifications – Education /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in Engineering, Business, Technology, Computer Science, or a related field with a focus on data management, data science, analytics, AI, or machine learning. /li /ul h3Required Experience and Skills /h3 ul liIn‑depth experience of data modelling and design techniques (e.g., medallion architecture, Data Vault, Data Marts, OBT). /li liIn‑depth experience of state‑of‑the‑art data technologies (workflow capabilities for master data, data catalogues, lakehouse, ontology management). /li li5+ years working in a pharmaceutical global supply chain. /li liExperience in multi‑year strategy or technology deployment focusing on information management, data management, or data capabilities. /li liProven track record of building partnerships to inspire change and deliver results across complex ecosystems. /li liExcellent communication skills and ability to simplify complex technical topics for broad audiences across levels. /li liEnergetic, passionate, accountable, and keen on continuous learning. /li /ul h3Preferred /h3 ul liGood knowledge of industry standards related to data management (FAIR, IDMP, ISO, etc.). /li liGood knowledge of compliance standards. /li liExperience working in healthcare. /li /ul h3Other /h3 ul liRequires up to 10% international travel. /li /ul h3Required Skills /h3 ul liAdvanced analytics, analytics dashboards, business behavior. /li liDatabase management. /li liData governance, data management, data privacy standards. /li liData stewardship, emerging technologies. /li liInformation security risk management, standard operating procedures, strategic thinking, technical credibility. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
