Senior Manager GBS
* Enhance market visibility and client experience by establishing strong relationships.
* Identify business opportunities with new and existing clients, advising on strategic issues and global trends relevant to their operations.
* Deliver comprehensive GBS solutions to senior client stakeholders and lead business development efforts.
* Oversee project execution according to quality guidelines and methodologies.
* Collaborate to source impactful projects and engage with senior stakeholders across various industries, including Pharma, Financial Services, Retail, Industrial Products, and Public Services.
* Develop GBS strategies and roadmaps, centralizing transformations to address clients' evolving needs in efficiency and control.
* Contribute to practice development initiatives.

Your Skill Set
* 15+ years of experience in the GBS/Outsourcing industry.
* Knowledge of the Swiss market and established client relationships.
* At least 10 years of relevant consulting experience, with skills in pipeline building, project management, and team leadership.
* Proven track record in GBS setups and transformations, ideally in shared services functions like Procurement, Supply Chain, FP&A, HR, and IT.
* Ability to adapt and take ownership of tasks.
* Experience in finance transformation and process optimization is preferred.
* Familiarity with automation use cases and ERP products like S/4HANA is an advantage.
