Key Responsibilities
* Guide experienced professionals to reconnect with their purpose and redesign their lives
* Interview and assess candidates for alignment with our Life Design programs
* Build authentic long-term relationships with clients and partners
* Apply Life Design principles to your own growth and lead by example
* Set and track personal and business goals that directly influence your outcomes
* Manage digital communication, social media and online program support (training provided)
* Participate in ongoing mentoring, leadership and professional development
Requirements
* Passionate about personal growth and supporting others
* Experienced leader (3 years) ideally in high-performance environments
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Self‑motivated, independent and results‑oriented
* Interested in mindset success principles and Life Design
* Fluent in English written and spoken
* Heart‑centered, empathetic and grounded, valuing freedom, nature and authenticity
