YOUR ROLE
* Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for FX trading applications, ensuring stability, availability, and optimal performance for Front Office users.
* Investigate, diagnose, and resolve production incidents impacting trading activities in a timely and efficient manner.
* Act as the main point of contact between traders, business users, internal IT teams, infrastructure teams, and external vendors.
* Monitor trading application health, interfaces, market connectivity, and production flows to proactively identify issues.
* Support production releases, testing activities, change management, and post‑release validations.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through incident trend analysis, root cause investigations, and maintenance of operational documentation.
YOUR PROFILE
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Financial Engineering, Finance, or a related field, with strong experience in trading application support within banking or capital markets.
* Solid knowledge of Forex / FX products including Spot, Forward, Swap, NDF, and ideally FX options.
* Hands‑on experience with FX trading applications such as SmartTrade, 360T, Integral, ULBridge, or similar e‑trading platforms.
* Good understanding of incident management, production support processes, escalation handling, and trading workflows.
* Knowledge of SQL, FIX connectivity, log analysis, and monitoring tools is considered a strong advantage.
* Service‑oriented professional with strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills, able to work effectively in a fast‑paced Front Office environment.
