Job objective
To strengthen our accounting department, we are recruiting a Junior Accountant to provide immediate operational support. This position is expected to evolve into a right-hand and back-up role to the Accounting & Finance Manager, with regular interaction with the various internal departments as well as with the Group CFO.
We’re looking for a motivated, hard-working member of staff who wants to progress within a fast-growing organization.
* Participation in monthly and annual closing operations
* Collaboration with other departments to ensure reliable and up-to-date accounting
* Active contribution to continuous improvement of financial processes
Profile required
* Accounting training (CFC, university degree or equivalent)
* Fluency in French and English (spoken and written)
* Basic knowledge of German (an asset)
* Rigor, reliability and organizational skills
* Team spirit and autonomy
* Good interpersonal skills for interacting with various internal contacts (HR, operations, management)
Support and collaboration
The position reports directly to the Accounting and Finance Manager. The junior accountant will also work with the Group Finance Director, in a dynamic and instructive environment. Appropriate support will be provided to ensure rapid integration and skills development.
The successful candidate will be able to gradually broaden his/her responsibilities, as his/her skills and commitment grow.
