Role
We’re looking for a creative, hands‑on Social Media Content Creator to build and grow our presence on Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
This is not just about posting - it’s about creating standout content, shaping our voice, and building a highly engaged community around the brand.
You’ll own the day‑to‑day look and feel of our social channels, with a clear goal – to grow a strong, loyal following through consistent, high‑quality content (minimum 5 posts per week). You’ll work with the QUBS core team, finding interesting content ideas and angles to bring our toys and values to life for our key customers.
You’ll also play a key role in expanding our reach through identifying influencer partnerships and ensuring our content works effectively across multiple international markets.
Key Responsibilities
* Content Creation & Publishing
o Create engaging, original content (video‑first) for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
o Plan and deliver a minimum of 5 posts per week across all platforms
o Capture and edit content (Reels, TikToks, Stories) that feel native to each platform
o Bring QUBS and Qubitunes and new products to life in a fun, playful, and authentic way
* Social Strategy & Growth
o Partner with the Marketing lead to create a content strategy and monthly plan aligned with brand goals and that builds a community
o Identify trends and translate them into relevant content quickly
o Optimise content for reach, engagement, and follower growth
o Actively manage comments, messages, and interactions
* Influencer & Creator Partnerships
o Identify and build relationships with relevant creators and influencers
o Manage collaborations end‑to‑end (briefing, content delivery, amplification)
o Spot opportunities to scale reach through creator‑led content and partnerships
* Multi‑Market Content Management
o Create and adapt content that resonates across key strategic markets (e.g. US, UK, Europe)
o Ensure content is culturally relevant while maintaining a consistent brand voice
o Coordinate localisation where needed, while keeping execution efficient
* Performance & Optimisation
o Track performance and refine content based on insights
o Test formats, hooks, and creative approaches to improve results
What We’re Looking For
* Native English speaker or fully fluent
* Proven experience growing social channels (especially Instagram & TikTok)
* Strong content creator – comfortable filming, editing, and being hands‑on
* Experience working with influencers/creators and managing partnerships
* Understanding of how content performs across different markets
* Design‑led, creative, proactive, and able to move quickly
* Strong eye for brand, tone, and storytelling
Bonus (Nice to Have)
* Experience in kids, parenting, or consumer brands
* Experience managing multi‑country or global social accounts
