To complete our team, we are looking for a: Human Resources Manager (M/F) Workplace: Hotels of Sandoz, Entry Type: Permanent Responsibilities: - Welcome, inform and guide team members and hotel staff - Establish, monitor and control accident and illness reports as well as social insurances - Manage arrival and departure formalities for employees (permit requests, different tasks of the HR office such as mail management, correspondence related to personnel movements) - Manage the accommodation and staff house rented to team members - Keep employee files and the HRIS up to date - Participate in the implementation of leisure activities for staff, connecting with managers and recruitment Requirements:- Mastery of the social system in Switzerland and knowledge of labor law, including the CCNT - Proven experience in the field of human resources.
