Key Responsibilities
As a Program Manager – New Manufacturing Processes (NMP), you will lead cross-functional teams to drive the industrialization, scale-up, and implementation of manufacturing processes across production sites. You will define and oversee the project portfolio aligned with long-term business objectives, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines. Your role includes program strategy, stakeholder communication, resource management, and continuous improvement initiatives in a GMP-compliant environment.

Knowledge & Skills
* Executive presence and exceptional presentation skills
* Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
* Ability to speak English (French and/or German desired)
* Experience in an international setting preferred
* Skilled in MS Office Suite, including MS Project
* Knowledge of Medical Device regulations (ISO13485, ISO 14971, 21CFR 820)
* Knowledge of Project Management methodologies (Agile, CCPM, etc.) preferred
Education & Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent
* Master's degree in engineering or related discipline is highly desirable
* Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) is highly desirable
Professional Experience
* Minimum 5 years experience in Project Management leading cross-functional teams
* At least 7 years industry experience in GMP-compliant settings (Pharmaceutical/Medical Device)
* Proven teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills
