Your key responsibilities You will work on projects that span the entire lifecycle of a transaction, from HR due-diligence, HR carve-out and integration planning, day-1 readiness and HR exit readiness; You will effectively link business strategy and HR, define recommendations, impact and actionable plans; As a (Senior) Manager you will be responsible for project management including commercials and risk, client relationship and thought leadership in your area of expertise; You will develop excellent client relationships with senior clients and be responsible for a high degree of client satisfaction with the engagement process and work products; You will lead business development activities including answering to proposal requests, upselling on existing engagements, opening up new relationships and manage / attend pursuit meetings with clients to sell work; You will lead practice development initiatives, supporting the continued focus on our team as a great place to work; You would act as a role model and develop junior team members, coupled with the recruitment and training responsibilities. Skills and attributes for success At least 6 years of post-graduate experience and a proven track record working on HR transactions projects, ideally on performance of HR Due Diligence / HR separations / HR integrations / corporate restructuring assignments; Experience with HR Operations, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits or Labor Law; Proficiency in English. Additional languages a plus, especially German, French and/or Italian; Strong motivation to join a fast-paced environment; A curious mind with the ability to structure problems in a systematic and organized fashion; Strong team player with a client-oriented attitude, willing to proactively drive solutions within highly motivated and diverse team across functions and geographies; Excellent interpersonal skills and the aptitude to coach junior team members; Proven track record in successful project management.
