Your role
* analyze the strategic impact of blockchain, smart contracts, and programmable cash on banking products, services, and processes
* support the development of business cases and roadmaps for digital asset adoption and innovation
* research market trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activity in digital finance and Web3
* collaborate with business and technology teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and new product offerings
* contribute to the creation of presentations, case studies, and training materials to support knowledge sharing and informed decision-making
Your team
You'll be working in the Group Operations and Technology Office located in Zurich. We're responsible for sourcing, developing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting our world-class technology solutions. We're a global organization with multiple streams that align with each of the key functional areas within UBS to ensure that our solutions meet business needs.
Your expertise
* has completed their bachelor's or master's degree no longer than 18 months prior to the program start date, preferably in a MINT topic
* has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
* is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
* is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
* shows a clear interest in digital assets, fintech, or blockchain through academic studies, internships, or extracurricular activities
* possesses strong analytical and presentation abilities
* is eager to learn and make an impact in a dynamic, innovative setting
