Mission: The main task is to support the HR team in the daily work as HR Business Partner
Tasks:
1. Responsibility for all HR-relevant processes from recruitment to departure within the assigned departments, ensuring smooth, timely, and compliant handling of every stage of the employee lifecycle
2. Advising managers and employees on all personal and HR-related matters, providing expert guidance, coaching, and support in handling day-to-day challenges as well as complex or sensitive cases
3. Introduction and onboarding of new employees, including tailored support for foreign employees joining the company, ensuring a smooth integration and positive start
4. Co-responsibility for personnel administration, including drafting and preparing correspondence, employment contracts, reference letters, and handling illness and accident reports as well as other administrative tasks
5. Assistance in the ongoing optimization of operational HR processes, actively identifying areas for improvement and contributing to the development and implementation of more efficient workflows and standards
6. Participation in HR-relevant projects, supporting initiatives such as process harmonization, digitalization, employee engagement improvements, or system-related enhancements
Requirements:
7. EFZ (3-year apprenticeship) or higher education at tertiary level (federal diploma, federal master's diploma, professional certificate), providing a solid educational foundation for working across a broad range of HR responsibilities
8. Swiss Federal Diploma as HR Specialist, demonstrating professional expertise in Swiss labor law, HR administration, and modern HR practices
9. Several years of experience in human resources, with a proven track record in managing employee lifecycle processes, advising stakeholders, and collaborating in project environments
10. Excellent language skills in English, German, and French, enabling effective communication with employees, managers, and international stakeholders in a multilingual environment
