Through active telephone and personal contact with applicants, you identify specialists and managers and pre‑qualify them
You identify decision‑makers at potential customers and convince them to work with SThree in telephone and personal presentation appointments and meetings
You will acquire open positions from new customers as well as existing customers and discuss the precise requirement profile of the candidate
You organize and coordinate the entire interview process between candidate and client
You negotiate contracts on the client and candidate side
A completed KV apprenticeship or comparable training
Very good knowledge of English and German
Ideally, initial experience in HR consulting or sales experience through internships, working student activities, etc.
Willingness to work performance‑and success‑oriented
High level of commitment, ambition and perseverance
