As part of our development, we are recruiting a Supply Chain Planner to join our teams in Zoug.
* Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for system users.
* Oversee functional learning in planning and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
* Create and maintain detailed documentation including process flows, training guides, and user manuals.
* Conduct overall reviews of planning-related documents and incorporate them into the planning playbook.
* Conduct change assessments and surveys to gauge system adoption readiness.
* Create and execute training plans to enhance user engagement and knowledge.
* Identify barriers to adoption and recommend corrective actions.
* Identify key stakeholders, map their influence and involvement, and create engagement strategies to secure buy-in and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
* Assess how changes to the planning system will affect various business units, processes, and roles. Create mitigation strategies for potential resistance.
* Develop a structured communication plan to inform stakeholders of key milestones, changes, and benefits, ensuring clarity and minimizing disruptions.
* Regularly assess organizational readiness for new processes and system updates. Address gaps through targeted interventions.
* Identify areas for continuous improvement and recommend adjustments to enhance efficiency and user experience.
* Identify risks related to system adoption and develop proactive mitigation plans.
* Establish a governance model to oversee change management activities, track progress, and address escalations promptly.
Your profile:
* Degree or advanced degree from an accredited college or university. Engineering, Science, Quantity Surveying, or Business Management degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
* Experience in leading organizational change and transformation in supply chain organizations.
* Proven experience with system adoption and large-scale training programs.
* Strong understanding of planning tools and processes.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in documentation management.
* Proven experience in supply chain planning and data analysis.
* Excellent communication and training skills.
* Proven knowledge and experience in PowerBI, Advance analytics tools
