With a strong commitment to putting our customers first, we are willing to expand our marketing team with a new role. The Market Insights Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping strategic decisions through deep market intelligence and product marketing expertise. This position focuses on global analysis of coffee and out-of-home beverage trends, brand equity research in B2B environments, and evaluation of product and communication effectiveness.
Your responsibilities
1. Conduct global market analysis on coffee and out-of-home beverage consumption trends
2. Maintain continuous monitoring of industry developments, customer behaviors, and competitor moves
3. Single point of contact for all market data sources and maintain a centralized repository to ensure systematic storage and accessibility
4. Develop and establish a structured Voice of Customer program, systematically leveraging existing data to identify relevant customer needs, trends, and opportunities for improvement
5. Design and execute brand equity research programs tailored to B2B environments
6. Conduct market research initiatives on product innovation, concept testing, and communication effectiveness measurement, deriving actionable insights for the business
7. Develop actionable insights and recommendations for product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies
8. Collaborating with global marketing, sales, and regional teams to ensure insights are embedded into campaigns and product launches
9. Preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations
Your skillset
10. Marster’s or bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
11. Minimum +5 years of experience in market research, insights, or strategic marketing roles in a global B2B environment
12. Proven Expertise in global trend analysis and brand equity research
13. Strong analytical and conceptual thinking combined with hands-on execution skills
14. Excellent organizational and project management abilities
15. Familiarity with product innovation processes and communication effectiveness measurement.
16. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
17. Teamplayer with strong collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork
