Your responsibilities
 1. Own and evolve the brand’s visual identity (CI/CD) and design principles, ensuring consistency with group-level guidelines while tailoring them to divisional needs. 
 2. Lead creative direction for major global initiatives including campaigns, product launches, and events. 
 3. Manage and develop the Creative Team, fostering performance, professional growth, and clear role definition. 
 4. Translate strategic marketing goals into impactful, channel-appropriate creative concepts and content. 
 5. Oversee all visual brand assets across print, digital, video, and physical environments, including tools and templates. 
 6. Act as brand guardian for the division, supporting regional teams with guidance, templates, and feedback to ensure consistent and market-relevant brand application. 
 7. Collaborate cross-functionally with the Coffee Systems Global Marketing Team (Regional Marketing Managers, Product Marketing, Marketing Communications, Digital Marketing) and our Sales organizations to ensure customer-centric, brand-aligned visual messaging. 
 8. Ensure operational excellence in creative processes, including budget and timeline management, asset governance (licensing, archiving), and stakeholder coordination. 
Your skillset
 9. 7+ years of experience in branding, visual design, or creative direction – either in-house or on the agency side
 10. Strong strategic and conceptual thinking, paired with hands-on execution skills
 11. Proven track record in developing and managing visual identity systems (CI/CD, brand guidelines)
 12. Experience in leading creative teams – both internal and external (agencies, freelancers)
 13. Solid background in producing design and content across various formats (e.g. print, digital, video, trade shows)
 14. Experience in B2B and/or B2B2C environments, ideally within a multinational context
 15. Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, DAM systems, and Figma (or equivalent)
 16. Excellent organizational and project management skills
 17. Strong communication skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
 18. Fluency in English; German or additional languages are a plus
