The opportunity
As Senior Technical Tendering Specialist, you will be the technical tender leader for complex tenders characterized by:
* Large volume tenders or large frame agreements
* Complex delivery models with many teams and units involved and/or international and export projects

How you will make an impact
* Draw up competitive proposals for system solutions including cost calculation and supplier quotations based on a suitable product mix, considering both technical and commercial aspects
* Manage sales support and administrative procedures within the sales process, including tender and risk review, strategic scope definition, and terms and conditions
* Ensure tenders are well documented and presented in a timely manner; provide technical support for Sales Managers during meetings
* Oversee proposal preparation through internal and external resources; assign and allocate resources for technical support and proposal development
* Support growth opportunities with existing and new customers
* Identify potential vendors for equipment and materials, cross-check offers with specifications, and assist supply management with subcontractor requests
Your background
* Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar, ideally with a focus on power engineering
* Technical background in substation automation, control, and protection, preferably in OEM international companies
* Minimum of 5+ years of project execution experience as Lead/System engineer, including commissioning or similar roles in substation automation, control, and protection
* At least 2 years of experience in Sales, Bid & Proposal, or Sales support in the field of substation automation, control, and protection
* Ability to manage and structure complex tasks, handle ambiguity, and interact with stakeholders at all levels
* Ability to lead virtual teams and deliver results without direct reports
* Excellent understanding of substation automation and communication networks; basic knowledge of grid automation
* Willingness to travel up to 10%
* Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
