How you can make an impact
Lead integrated audits of multinational companies in accordance with PCAOB auditing standards
Lead audit services related to spin-offs, acquisitions and divestitures, and carve-out financial statements prepared under US-GAAP
Leverage market-leading analytical tools and technologies to help our clients and our teams approach challenges in increasingly innovative ways
Identify, prepare and participate in proposals for new clients and projects
Be a trusted advisor to public and private clients to assist with accounting, financial reporting and internal control matters
Supervise, coach and mentor your teams. Conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback and training. Develop and communicate workplace culture and code of conduct
Who we are looking for
Along with being fluent in English:
5+ years of external audit experience in performing PCAOB integrated audits, at a Big 4, including several years of work experience in the United States or Canada (for senior manager 8+ years)
US or Canada CPA license
Strong understanding of IFRS, US GAAP, PCAOB audit standards, and SEC reporting requirements
Strong project management and communication skills – both written and verbal
