You will be part of a collaborative, fast‑paced team that supports our clients through the full sourcing lifecycle from strategy models, operational effectiveness, compliance, cost models optimisations to market analysis, negotiation and contract execution. /p pThis role is ideal for candidates with a strong understanding of Managed Service Providers (MSPs), RPO, SOW Services, VMS, ATS, and the professional staffing industry at local, regional and global levels. They should be passionate about delivering best‑in‑class commercial outcomes underpinned by operational excellence, scalability, and Tax, Legal and Statutory (TLS) requirements. Whether you come from a leading MSP/RPO or have managed the contingent workforce, SOW /or RPO category in‑house, you’ll thrive if you’re analytically sharp, client‑focused, and keen to optimise total cost of workforce ownership. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead end‑to‑end sourcing initiatives for contingent workforce, temporary staffing, RPO, SOW, VMS/ATS categories. /li liServe as a trusted commercial advisor to clients, guiding them on market trends, industry best practices, operational effectiveness, rate benchmarks, supplier strategies, and compliance considerations. /li liDrive commercial and operational excellence in deals involving MSPs and VMS platforms such as Fieldglass, Beeline, and VNDLY. /li liDrive commercial and operational excellence in deals involving RPOs and ATS platforms such as SuccessFactors, Smart Recruiter, and Workday. /li liAnalyze large datasets to identify cost‑saving opportunities and improve supplier performance via SLA, KPI, and GPI optimisation. /li liRun market tenders, evaluate bids with cross‑functional teams, and negotiate competitive commercial terms. Draft and structure contracts aligned with client needs, with limited legal support. /li liManage relationships with key suppliers and internal stakeholders at all levels. /li liContribute to sourcing strategy and category planning through market intelligence. /li liMentor junior team members where applicable and support knowledge‑sharing across teams. /li liResponsible for a small team of sourcers across professional services. /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For /h3 ul liUniversity degree or equivalent. /li liMinimum 8+ years’ experience in contingent workforce procurement, staffing supplier management, or working within an MSP/RPO/VMS environment. /li liStrong working knowledge of UK and European staffing markets, commercial models, best operational practices, and compliance factors such as co‑employment, IR35, and mark‑up structures. /li liHands‑on experience with VMS/ATS platforms such as Fieldglass, Beeline, VNDLY, Workday, and SuccessFactors. /li liProven track record in managing sourcing initiatives, negotiating contracts, and influencing senior stakeholders. /li liExcellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. /li liComfortable working independently and collaboratively in fast‑paced, multi‑client environments. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 pWe offer a dynamic and international environment where high performance meets real purpose.
