Position
Chef de Rang – Temporary Employee, Hourly Wage (a)
Location: Bern | 20% - 40%
Responsibilities
Independently manage a service station in various areas (restaurant, Salon d'Or, terrace)
Execute smooth and high-quality guest service
Provide competent care and advice for guests
Perform service mise en place and all types of service (flambéing, carving, etc.)
Generate and promote sales and additional sales
Perform general preparation and cleaning tasks
Qualifications
Completed vocational training in gastronomy and already gained experience in a similar role
Enjoy providing guests with a unique experience
Team player with the ability to keep a calm head in hectic situations
Good German skills; additional languages are an advantage
