Responsibilities
* Manage a team of 15 in long-term counseling services.
* Support staff with complex case management and inquiries.
* Ensure high-quality, effective, and equitable advice.
* You lead the Long-Term Counseling team professionally and personally.
* You support employees with complex case developments and challenging professional questions.
* Together with your team, you ensure high-quality, effective, and equal counseling.
* You work closely with the Social Welfare Office management and the Intake team leadership and actively develop processes, collaboration, and professional standards.
* You accompany organizational and professional developments in the Social Welfare Office.
* You manage your own cases in the remaining workload.
Qualifications
* Degree in Social Work or equivalent; experience in social assistance.
* Leadership experience or willingness to advance.
* Structured, responsible, and people-oriented work ethic.
* You have a degree in Social Work at tertiary level or an equivalent qualification.
* You bring solid professional experience in economic social assistance.
* You have leadership experience or the willingness to take the next professional step into a leadership role.
* You convince through clarity, reliability, and a good sense for people and situations.
* You work in a structured, responsible manner with confident prioritization.
* You enjoy actively further developing the Social Welfare Office.
