Key Tasks
* Own ERP processes and master-data governance: define policies, ensure compliance with FDA, MDR, ISO, and internal standards
* Act as ERP expert: configure workflows, resolve issues, implement improvements, and audit data accuracy
* Manage master-data lifecycle across ERP/CRM (suppliers, customers, materials): creation, updates, validation, and system transfers
* Optimize cross-functional workflows (manufacturing, finance, logistics, sales) for efficiency and traceability
* Lead data-driven projects (migrations, integrations, automation) ensuring regulatory and business requirements
* Ensure accurate data flow between functions and systems; collaborate with sourcing, regulatory, quality, and finance
* Serve as central contact for ERP and master-data topics; provide KPIs and actionable insights to management
Your Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
* At least 5 years of experience in similar roles
* In-depth knowledge of ERP systems (experience with Business Central is a plus), including configuration and workflow management
* Familiarity with regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, ISO, MDR).
* Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in global, complex data environments
* Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
* Very good command of English (spoken and written), German proficiency is an advantage
