Tasks:
Support the Commercial stream (SAP SD) of the Lean Digital Core (LDC) program
Support the new SAP module and associated processes are validated from a business perspective and meet operational readiness for go-live in January 2026
Support the coordination and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for the Customer Service (Commercial) functio
Collaborate with global and local stakeholders to define and validate test scenarios, scripts, and acceptance criteria
Validate SAP system functionality against business requirements, including integration points with Suppy Chain Management and Finance
Identify, document, and escalate defects or gaps in functionliaty, and support resolution tracking
Support / represent Customer Service in daily UAT stand-ups and defect triae meetings
Requirements:
Strong knowledge and background on SAP and IT
Work experience for and on SAP a big asset
Experienced administrative professional
Expert on customer service side
hands-on mindset
English: fluent /native, German: nice to have
