Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lugano for a Planning Product Owner position within the Planning and Coordination department.
This position supports the development and coordination of seasonal travel itineraries, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards. The role involves close collaboration with internal departments and markets, contributing to the planning process and maintaining essential documentation and tools.
Main Responsibilities
 * Support the creation and updating of seasonal travel itineraries
 * Collaborate with other departments in developing itineraries
 * Maintain planning databases and related documentation
 * Draft website content and coordinate with the web editor to ensure updates
 * Prepare planning files for Market launches
 * Conduct and maintain competitor analysis
 * Assist Markets in preparing the Planner/ AU brochure
 * Compile statistics for sponsorships opportunities
 * Participate in regular cross-departmental meetings
Requirements:
 * Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel (pivot tables, macros, etc.)
 * Fluent in English; native or bilingual proficiency preferred
 * Solid geographic and destination knowledge, including travel logistics, visa requirements, and regional regulations
 * Degree in tourism or business would be considered a plus
 * 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
 * Strong analytical and problem solving skills
 * Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
 * Effective collaboration with international Markets and cross-functional teams
 * High attention to detail and accountability
 * Capable of working under pressure
 * Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to learn
