Our unique network of producers plays a crucial role in creating a more sustainable food system. We uphold our commitment to exceptional quality by directly importing ingredients from our producers, eliminating middlemen, and ensuring unparalleled quality.

Tasks

* You embody the ALBA Sourdough values: you adopt a warm, smiling, professional attitude towards the guests, help your colleagues during service and adopt a "problem solver" attitude.
* You will contribute to the smooth running of the cold section.
* You will be responsible for the mise-en-place and the plating of our classic Italian inspired starter dishes like our Tartare, Starcciatella or our signature Tiramisù.
* You co-create new recipes with the kitchen Chef.
* You create the most amazing family meals.
* You will contribute to the respect of hygiene standards within the kitchen.
* Engaging in two-way communication with the management team by effectively communicating needs, ideas, concerns to continuously improve Alba.
* You understand that what leaves the kitchen defines the guest experience, and you take pride in delivering consistent quality and presentation.


Requirements

* Radiating smile.
* Great energy, proactive attitude and team spirit.
* Boundless passion for hospitality, pizza & italian-inspired cuisine.
* Previous experience as a Commis Chef.
* English intermediate, Italian would be a plus.
* Willingness to learn, take on new responsibilities and grow with Mimo-Hospitality & ALBA Sourdough Pizza.
