Job Description
* Own end-to-end steering of Global R&D and Selling overheads (planning, forecasting, reporting, performance analysis) across entities.
* Deliver monthly reporting including variance analysis, driver bridges, risk/outlook, and lead performance reviews with cost owners ensuring one consistent cost story.
* Lead budget, rolling forecasts, and long‑range planning; drive affordability challenge, HC planning logic, and scenario analyses.
* Ensure robust cost governance: accurate allocations, intercompany flows, cost center structures, master data quality, and reporting standards.
* Provide transparency on overhead‑related P&L, balance sheet, and cash impacts (accruals, provisions, capitalization, intercompany).
* Contribute insights to Group FP&A, senior management reporting, and strategic initiatives (efficiency, restructuring, investments).
* Drive process improvements and digitalization by standardizing templates, automating reporting, and enhancing ERP/BI tools.
Qualifications
* Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
* 5+ years FP&A/controlling experience in an international multi‑entity environment with overhead ownership.
* Strong Excel and ERP skills (IFS/SAP FI/CO) and experience with planning/reporting tools.
* Sound IFRS knowledge (accruals, provisions, capitalization, allocations).
* Fluent English.
* Strong ownership mindset with structured, deadline‑driven working style.
* Analytical, detail‑oriented, and able to translate complexity into clear leadership insights.
* Comfortable operating in a complex international HQ environment with multiple stakeholders.
