Job Description
As a Financial Business Partner supporting Supply Chain development, we strive to deliver actionable insights and value-adding analysis to support and challenge the business and enable more effective, fact-based decision making.
Working with our business partners, we ensure a sound and accurate resource planning and enable the organisation to actively deliver on agreed objectives, create visibility and help set measurable, quantifiable and other targets. We support with a clearly defined structure and criteria to evaluate and prioritise relevant actions with an end-to-end perspective, based on a good data foundation on which transparent and comparable decisions can be made.
We are seeking a Business Analyst for a limited 7-month engagement. This temporary role offers you the chance to develop valuable skills in Power BI, database design and business analysis within a dynamic development organization.
As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to elevate performance by delivering precise, data-driven insights and actionable reports. Your ability to transform complex datasets into tangible business strategies will be crucial. Key responsibilities include:
* Analyse and report on business performance using data insights.
* Help assess business impacts with scenario planning and modelling.
* Improve business analysis tools and methods.
* Streamline processes to make data analysis and problem-solving easier.
* Support business growth with analysis on various scenarios.
* Encourage a focus on performance and business understanding within the team.
Qualifications
You are driven and detail-oriented, with a passion for optimizing operations. You value simplicity in complex tasks and aim for efficiency and potential improvement.
* Team player with initiative and a detail-driven approach.
* Ability to turn business needs into analysis solutions and opportunities.
* Strong communication skills to impact and engage others.
* Experience with analytical and database tools, especially Power BI;
SQL and Python knowledge is a plus.

Additional Information
This position is based either in Pratteln (Switzerland) or Älmhult (Sweden). We are open to discussing other Inter IKEA locations. In that case, we would find a suitable solution that would include a scheduled presence at the office in Pratteln.
